After you place an order, 95% of the time your requisition will be available to you within 10 seconds.
For the remaining 5% of the cases, manual reviewing is required and the processing time can vary. Should your requisition take longer than 1 business day to be available, you can send an SMS at 754-799-7833 (text only).

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Eastern Time.
We are closed on weekends and Holidays but do our best to reply to SMS during weekends/holidays periodically.
