How can I get my receipt?

There is an option to print receipts for your orders by logging into your patient portal.

Located at the bottom of the order, you’ll find a “Download HSA receipt” button.

Clicking on it will take you directly to a PDF document with your HSA receipt, which is suitable for submission to an FSA/HSA account for reimbursement.

Please be aware, our services are not eligible for submission to your health insurance provider since we are not in-network with insurance carriers. As a result, we cannot provide diagnosis codes and do not offer provider information for our services.
