Do I need to pay any additional fees at the lab?

The prices listed on our website are all-inclusive, no additional fees are added during the ordering process or charged to you at the lab when using our service.
The requirements are to go to a LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center listed on our website and present your government ID. Your name and date of birth will be enough for the lab to locate your Private MD Labs order, so make sure that you have used the same name and date of birth written on your ID at checkout.
The laboratories are not interchangeable, your pre-paid LabCorp requisitions can only ONLY be collected at LabCorp location and your pre-paid Quest Diagnostics requisitions may ONLY be collected at a Quest Diagnostics location.
