Service Availability by State

Private MD Labs offers two distinct services: direct-to-consumer laboratory testing and prescription-based telemedicine services.

Availability for these services varies by state due to differing regulations.

Laboratory Testing Services

Our direct-access laboratory testing services are available in all U.S. states except for the following:

• New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island — These states have specific regulations regarding direct-to-consumer lab testing that our current service model does not support.
• Hawaii — Service is unavailable due to logistical constraints, as our partner laboratories do not have patient service centers in the state.

Telemedicine & Prescription Services

Our telemedicine consultation and prescription services are available to patients in all 50 U.S. states, including New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Hawaii.

All consultations are performed by a clinician who is fully licensed to practice in the patient's state of residence.
