These antibodies are the root cause of Myasthenia Gravis in most patients, with AChR antibodies found in 80-85% of generalized MG cases, MuSK antibodies in 20-50% of AChR-negative generalized cases, and LRP4 antibodies in about 9% of patients negative for both other antibodies.
