I placed an order and shortly after realized there was another blood test that better suited my needs. I canceled the first order and paid for the correct one. Unfortunately, there was a system issue and my order wasn’t updated properly. I went ahead using the confirmation email I had, got my blood drawn the next day, and later discovered I had been sent to the wrong place for the wrong test. After some back-and-forth through text, the issue was quickly resolved. I was given a new appointment (the same day) to complete the correct blood test I originally needed.Without paying anything out of pocket. “How you handle a customer’s problem says more about you than how you handle a sale.” The way this situation was handled gives me confidence in the company for future use. Excellent customer service!
