Had an issue at the lab in that I had 46 tests on order and their system could only handle 35 per order. Texted PrivateMDLabs, which I thought was odd at first, and boom, they had it resolved right away. So much nicer than having to call, wait on hold, and all of that. Very impressed with their customer service. Would deff recommend to anyone wanted to take control of their health and order labs.

Very easily laid out options to choose from, easy 1,2,3 process, very quick payment processing and booking lab appointments! I have used PrivateMDLabs multiple times and has been much easier than booking an appointment with my doctor that can take weeks sometimes!
