Can I get collected at my local hospital or place of work?

No, we require all collections to be completed at one of our authorized collection locations to ensure proper handling of your order. You'll need to visit either a Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp facility, depending on which lab provider your test was ordered through. You can find the nearest authorized location using these links:
- Quest Diagnostics locations: Find a Quest Diagnostics location
- LabCorp locations: Find a Labcorp location
Please note that Quest and LabCorp facilities are not interchangeable - you must go to the lab type that matches your specific order. For example, if you ordered a Quest test, you'll need to visit a Quest location for collection.
