Can I use my requisition (lab order) in another state?

Yes, you may take your requisition to be collected at our authorized labs in any state other than NY, NJ, and RI.

LabCorp and Quest are not interchangeable.

Your pre-paid LabCorp requisitions may ONLY be presented at a LabCorp Patient Service Center and your pre-paid Quest Diagnostics requisitions may ONLY be presented at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center.
