Password
Password reset does not work. What can I do?

Passwords must contain a minimum of 6 characters and have a maximum of 16 characters, only numbers and letters are allowed. If you are entering any special characters, such as #, %, !, please remove them and ensure you are meeting the requirements for passwords.
Also, be sure you are using the email address you used when placing your order.
