Will you file an insurance claim for me?

Services provided by Private MD Labs are self-pay only and aren’t eligible to be submitted as a claim to your health insurance provider. 

This applies to all insurance companies, including federal programs like Medicare.

You can, however, use a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) for payment.

You can either:

• Use your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout

• Pay with another method and submit your receipt for reimbursement

These employer-provided health accounts generally recognize our tests as qualified medical expenses, with no doctor referral required. Be sure to keep your receipt for your records, as it contains all necessary information for reimbursement. For more information on these programs or to find out if your employer offers them, you can speak directly with your HR department.
