1. Log into your patient portal

2. Find the order you need

3. Click Receipt next to that order

4. Choose one:

   • Detailed receipt – shows all test names (often required by some HSA/FSA admin)

   • Private receipt – no test names shown

5. Download and submit to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement
