Many factors can affect your laboratory testing such as your sex, age, race, or even when you had your last meal.
Medications, vitamins and supplements you’re taking can affect laboratory testing as well.
Our patient instructions that accompany your requisition will notify you of any potential interactions that can affect your lab testing. These patient instructions are provided to us by the lab.
It is important to consult with your physician before stopping any medications.
