Sonora Quest decided to stop seeing all 3rd party patients in Arizona. If you’d like to order through Quest, you will have to go to one of our 2 authorized Quest collection centers below.
Please note that these two labs in Arizona require an additional draw fee which will be applied at checkout:
ExpressCare Labs: 2525 W Greenway Rd Ste 225, Phoenix, AZ 85023 (draw fee: $30)
PediaLabs: 4653 S Lakeshore Dr #1, Tempe, AZ 85282 (draw fee: $35)
Our LabCorp options, however, are still available in this area!
