You may purchase American Express, Discover, MasterCard and/or Visa Gift Cards (EXCEPT gift cards issued by Vanilla) to cover the amount of your purchase. You must wait at least one hour after purchasing gift cards in order for them to become fully activated and ready for use.
Many times multiple cards must be purchased due to the availability of the needed dollar amount. Normally $25, $50 and $100 gift cards are available at most Grocery, Pharmacy and Department Stores. Larger denomination gift cards are produced, but not always readily available. Please be aware when purchasing the gift cards, the retailer will charge an activation fee per card, which will vary depending on the denomination of the gift card being purchased.
Please note:
We have experienced difficulty in processing transactions using Vanilla (Visa/MasterCard Gift Cards). The Vanilla Gift Cards are sold at various retail stores and pharmacies. The transactions are declined when using this type card for reasons that cannot be explained when contacting Vanilla directly. We have only encountered issues with gift cards issued by Vanilla and suggest purchasing a different type of gift card for use on our site.
We have been notified that American Express Gift Card are being declined through our merchant processor, but are being approved by American Express. Our merchant processor is currently working with American Express to resolve this issue. If you are using an American Express gift card as payment and the transaction is declined, please call our office and a customer service representative will be able to assist you with completing your order.
Purchasing a single gift card that will cover the total amount of your order can be entered on the site as a credit card. However, orders using multiple gift cards as the form of payment must be processed via telephone, please call our office 877-283-7882 during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time) to place your order using multiple gift cards. Reloadable gift cards/debit cards normally require registration of the card with the issuing company. If using a reloadable card, please make sure it has been registered and the information entered during the ordering process matches the information used when registering the card.
